Four Easy // Jubilee Nail Ideas

Whether you're into the Jubilee or not, it's everywhere and gives me the perfect excuse to have another go at some nail art ideas for you. I'm certainly not the best at nail art, I personally don't have a steady enough hand nor the time to sit here for hours creating gorgeous intricate designs, that not many (like me) will be able to recreate.
Design one - Pastel Union Jack.
For this design you will need: Nails Inc - Bluebell, Nails Inc - Pink Fuzz**, 17 - Glitter Top Coat** and Models Own Nail Art Pen - White.
How to create: First paint your nails with Nails Inc - Bluebell. Then take Nails Inc - Pink Fuzz and paint a cross onto each nail. Take the Models Own Nail Art Pen - White and paint around the pink cross. Then add the diagonal white lines. Finish with a coat of the 17 - Glitter Top Coat.
Design two - Jubilee Polka's.
For this design you will need: Models Own Nail Art Pen - White, Orly - Ruby and Hello Kitty Liberty set - Shade Blue*.
How to create: Paint your nails with Models Own Nail Art Pen - White. I love how they have a brush and a pen nib. Then take a nail art brush and start dotting with Orly - Ruby and Hello Kitty Liberty -  Shade Blue. You could add glitter and have the dots as big as you like, it's up to you.
Design three - Crown of sparkles.
For this design you will need: Models Own Nail Art Pen - Black, Hail The Nail - Crown Decals and 17 Glitter Top Coat.**
How to create: Start painting a black tip onto each of your nails using Models Own Nail Art Pen - Black, you can vary what shape you want, I went for the slanted tips, I'm not a fan of the regular tips, they're often done too harsh. When dry add a coat of the 17 - Glitter Top coat. Then apply your crown decals. A better tutorial can be made in video or photos if it's wanted. Finish with another coat of 17 - Glitter Top Coat.
Design four - Side Union Jack.
For this design you will need: MUA - Shade 7 (red), MUA - Shade 1 (blue)*, Models Own Nail Art Pen - White and 17 Glitter Top coat**.
How to create: Paint your nails with MUA - Shade 1. Then take Shade 7 and paint on your cross to whichever side of your nail you want. Then outline with Models Own Nail Art Pen - White and add diagonals. Then apply Diagonals of Shade 7. Finish with a coat of 17 - Glitter Top Coat on the red cross only.

That's my four very easy nail designs for the Jubilee. I'll be back with one or two more themed posts and my May favourites. I'm feeling rubbish again!? I'll use tonight to get a few posts ready. & thank you blogger for playing up the whole time writing this post.
What have you got planned?

Disclaimer: To make it easier - Polishes marked with * are PR who know nothing of this post and I own shade 1 already. Polishes marked ** were gifted. Others are purchased by me or came with products/magazines/beauty boxes.

  4. Lovely designs - they all look great. I was pretty boring and just painted different nails red, white [well glittery] and blue. Haha me and nail art don't go well together so I'm keeping it simple!
