Go LUSH Yourself // Rose Queen

A bath fit for the Queen. I've been meaning to review Rose Queen for the past week, however it's perfect fitting for this weekend. Rose Queen is a Bath Ballistic from Lush, which retails at £2.50 for 95g. It's still a fairly new addition to the Bath Bomb range. I hadn't tried this one before.
Rose Queen is one of the smaller bath bombs from Lush, it's the same size as Think Pink and Butterball, but remains one of the pricier bath bombs due to ingredients. Despite being the Rose Queen reading through the ingredients actual rose petals are missing. Though it does contain plenty of pretty flowers such as, tigerlily, apple blossom and larkspur petals.

Don't let the size put you off this bomb. This is one of the stronger scented bath bombs there is available. It's neither the rose scent you'd normally associate with the older lady nor sickly sweet. There's still a rose scent to this bomb, but there's an equal amount of sweetness. Perfect for a lady after a hard day. There's no popping candy, no glitter and no bright colour changing surprises. A nice simple bath bomb, with a sprinkle of nature. The scent stays on your skin all night long, it was still on my skin when I woke up in the morning, I was still relaxed then, waking up was made harder.
As you can see Rose Queen turns your water into a gorgeous shade of pink. I'm not a fan of items floating around when I'm trying to relax and they're sticking to me, however this is perfectly fine. I coped, there's just the right amount of petals in there for me. If you don't like, simply pick them out before they break up a little and of course scoop out before you let the water out or you'll plug will block. It'd be nicer if it contained some rose petals, being the Rose Queen.
I'd rate this bath ballistic 8/10. It's another relaxing bath bomb from Lush and gave me the perfect nights sleep and they didn't over load it with petals!

    1. It's a lot more fun and sweet. Despite being strong, it still remains light, because it's not that disgusting old lady rose scent x

  4. I think I might have tried this, or something similar. While I really like these kind because they are pretty huge and they do smell gorgeous its the picking out of the sludge once they are over that is somewhat off putting!
