I LUSH you // Magic Mushroom

Hey lovelies, so this is sadly my last LUSH Valentines day post of the year and to answer everyone who finds my blog asking about LUSH sales for V-day, I've never known them to reduce the items over the years. Only Christmas. Though, it's all reasonably priced if you ask me. Especially this little product I'm reviewing today.

Magic Mushrooms are the one product I pray comes back every Valentines day at LUSH. If you remember the shower gel/cream Yummy Yummy Yummy, then this product is for you. It's the exact same scent and this year it smells stronger...or I've just missed it more than usual. I love it so much I stock up on them to keep me going till Summer. Then I'm usually getting excited for Christmas items. This is the only bubble bar in the collection, I'm glad they don't over do Valentines day. One of these retails at £2.45 and will give you roughly 4 baths. Feel free to cut yours up more though. 

It produces the most creamy bubbles a bubble bar from LUSH has ever created for me. The whole house will smell of the gorgeous scent of this product which is of course strawberries and cream. Top half is scented with the famous vanillary scent, while the stalk is scented of strawberries. The bubbles stick around till the end of the bath and the water depending on how much you use varies from bright red to a light pinky red. I could smell the scent on my skin for hours, certainly helped me to feel better. 

I wouldn't say it smelt like American Cream conditioner, more like Strawberry Feels Forever massage bar, which they kindly decided to bring back for a few days after I made my order online...was a little annoyed. 

Overall it's a gorgeous bubble bar that I wish they did all year round scent wise, the design is cute and even if you hate Valentines day, it's not an overly romantic product. Grab yourself some of these. You won't be disappointed. I buy them every year.
