Evening lovelies, today's been absolutely horrid, so again I've turned to blogging, so cheer myself up, 2012 you were doing so well till this week. But my blogs not a negative place, so onto my review.
So we all saw my post about the Valentines day collection from LUSH, lots of you left lovely comments which made my day & my views went into crazy numbers!?
This product has been tested over the last few days and I'm in love with it. I'm not sure if it suits me 100% because I'm so pale. If I can pull it off, it'll be my new go to lip colour when I need a pick me up. Shock horror, my face will make a part appearance, a few always tell me too, I just don't like my face. I like my body, I quite like my hair. Just give me a new face any day.
A Million Kisses, LUSH's new lip tint from their 2012 Valentines day collection. Well this may even be their best lip tint yet, I've tried a few lip balms and the snow fairy lip tints before and haven't been over wowed I can live without them, always a bit gritty. This one is different. Packaged in the usual metal tins, which when empty can be used to put ends of broken lipsticks in, or taken back for a sample I'm sure LUSH wouldn't mind using one of these instead of plastic tubs. Complete with it's simple labelling on front and back and tight fitting lid. This will be safe in your handbag or makeup bag.
|ignore the fact I look about 12 here -.-|
The product couldn't get any simple, you just dab some onto your finger and apply to your lips, though with this one, I'd recommend maybe using a lip brush for corners of lips. It's very pigmented. LUSH call it a deep ruby red. I was shocked at how one light dab did my lips. I then tried again with a lip brush for a more intense colour. It wears a long time. Though reapply like normal after eating and drinking. It can smudge a little, but once on your lips and 'settled' your good too go. So those lucky to have a Mr lovely and not a jerk for Valentines day, you can shower him with A Million Kisses. I swear this product alongside my regular plain Burt's Bees lip balm has made my lips so soft. I haven't had dry lips in the last few days. It's amazing. Great pigmentation and great for moisturising.
So what's in this delightful product for it to work so well? Well it contains organic rose hip oil, which is great for dry skin and tastes great too. Don't worry it's not strong of rose, or I wouldn't wear it. Oh and one ingredient I would never expect to be in there, icing sugar. For £4.95 you can't go wrong, stock up on these, even if a little dab goes a long way. Oh and you can use it as a cream blush, though I won't I'm too pale. Just go careful, we don't want any circus clowns!
Have you tried this yet? What do you think?
Sorry for my mug :')
Disclaimer: This was one of four items LUSH sent to me early. To the silly forum haters, flick through my blog and realise how much time and my own money I spend on LUSH, then learn what PR is and don't say it on a forum I don't use. Thankyou :)
